A graduate of the film program at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Brandon Kusher was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. His friends simply call him Kush. He has directed two highly regarded short films. "Two Old Dogs," a comedy about two life-long buddies rekindling an old rivalry, has screened in numerous festivals nationwide, and "Rounding Third" received the George A. Heinemann Film Production award granted by The Charles and Lucile King Family Foundation for his outstanding achievement in filmmaking, as well as a grant awarded by Panavision. "Rounding Third" is part of the permanent collection of films at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York. Besides writing and directing narrative films, Brandon has directed commercials for Nike, eBay, Bud Light, Honda, Jakks Pacific, and Reef Sandals. He also has directed promos, one for the jazz band "L.A. Blues Alliance," organized by five-time Grammy award winner/Emmy winner and composer Mike Post.
